Annual Evaluation of Council Services/Volunteer Self-Evaluation

Each year Rolling Hills volunteers are asked to complete an evaluation of services provided by the council and to complete a self-evaluation of their own volunteer service as a leader and/or service unit team member.

The Evaluation of Council Services survey asks about specific areas of service provided by the council. Following the Evaluation of Council Services is a self-evaluation of your volunteer position - one section per volunteer position you hold.

The survey should take you approximately 15 minutes to complete - or somewhat longer if you hold multiple volunteer positions.
