On-line Training Registration Form


This form may be used to register for any training in the North Branch area that DOES NOT REQUIRE A FEE. For a course that requires a fee, please download, complete and mail a registration form with the requisite fee.

Please check that you will have fulfilled any prerequisites of the course for which you are registering.  Orientation is a prerequisite for Basic Leadership Training.  Basic Leadership Training is a prerequisite for all other Leader trainings (Daisy Leader, Brownie Leader, etc.).

Within a week you should receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail after a week, please call. (First check your spam or bulk mail folder - especially if you have a Yahoo address.)
