Leslee Oliu, founder of Custom Health Strategies, Inc and presenter of council programs such as Uniquely Me The Real Deal and Food Connection, in conjunction with the Eating Disorders Association of New Jersey, is presenting a special event for adolescent girls and their mothers.
This workshop will actively engage women and girls as they explore and challenge their beliefs about themselves, their bodies and body image. The keynote speaker will be Courtney Martin, author of "Perfect Girls, Starving Daughters: The Frightening New Normalcy of Hating Your Body."
