Girl Scouting Beyond Bars Service Opportunity (For Brownie, Junior, Cadette or Senior Troops) Craft Projects

The GSBB (Girl Scouting Beyond Bars) program needs craft project kits prepared for the girls who participate in the program. There are 20 Saturday meetings for the upcoming 2008-2009 year and a craft is needed for each. Your troop may volunteer to provide these project kits for one of the meetings. Here are the details:

• Approximately 40 individual kits need to be assembled.
• Each kit needs to self-contained (use Zip-Loc bags or other appropriate containers)
• Consult with Konniesha Moulton (see contact information below) regarding your proposed craft. There are specific items that are not allowed to be brought into the prison.
• A week before delivering the craft, submit an itemized list to Konniesha of all the supplies contained in the kits.
