Girl Scouting Beyond Bars Service Opportunity (For Brownie, Junior, Cadette or Senior Troops) Lunch Making

The GSBB (Girl Scouting Beyond Bars) program needs lunches made for the girls who participate in the program. There are 10 Saturday meetings for the 2008-2009 year and lunches are needed for each. Your troop may volunteer to provide these lunches. Here are the details:

• Make the lunches on Friday and deliver them to the Service Center before 5 PM or the following Saturday morning.
• The menu is always the same: approximately 30 individual lunches packed in paper bags, each lunch including...
  • Dry turkey and cheese sandwich on white bread (place each in a plastic sandwich bag)
  • 2 juice boxes
  • 1 piece of fruit
  • Bag of chips or 2 cookies
  • Napkin
  • Small plastic jar of mayonnaise and yellow mustard
  • If you plan any modification to the above (such as adding candy), confirm with Konniesha Moulton first
