Arrival & Departure at Camp DeWitt
Arrival at Camp
- If your arrival time is changed, please call the Ranger.
- Be sure to bring your Permission for Site Use/Evaluation Form which will be mailed to
you upon receipt of your completed Camp Usage Application and payment in full.
- The equipment you ordered should be at your campsite upon arrival. If more
equipment is needed or items are missing contact the Ranger.
- Overnight groups arriving Saturday must allow Friday night groups the use
of the site until 1 p.m. Saturday.
Departure
- Check out is 1 p.m.
- Areas used should be inspected and checked off by group prior to departure,
using the Clean-Up Check List on the back of the Permission For Site Use/Evaluation form.
- Permission For Site Use/Evaluation form must be mailed to the council within 48 hours
of event conclusion.
