Staff training consists of a one-day training. Training date and location will be announced as soon as possible.
Positions
Nurse (Incentive Staff Position)
1- or 2-week position
Lopatcong: Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, plus one overnight per week
Oxford Furnace: Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Requirements:
Certified RN
Participate in staff training, pre-camp setup and post-camp closing
Responsibilities:
Maintain health center
Administer medications
Maintain camper medical and attendance records
Unit Leader (Incentive Staff Position)
Description: Lead a group of girls in a Girl Scout camp program
1- or 2-week position
Monday thru Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm
Requirements:
Age 18 or older
Experience working with children
Enjoyment of the out-of-doors
Commitment to a full week
Attend staff training
Junior Counselor (Volunteer Position
Description: Co-lead a group of girls in a planned Girl Scout camp program under the supervision of a Unit Leader
1- or 2-week postion
Lopatcong: Monday thru Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm, and possible overnight assignment
Oxford Furnace: Monday thru Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm
Requirements:
Age 16 or 17
Experience working with children
Enjoyment of out-of-doors
Commitment to a full week
Attend mandatory staff training
