Great Adventures in History
Day 3 - July 23, 2001

Philadelphia, PA

We toured Elfreth's Alley to see how the Colonists in the late 1700's lived in Philadelphia. We visited all the major sites of Independence National Park and in Philadelphia - the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Paid a visit to Franklin Court to receive an introduction to Benjamin Franklin, an early Colonial statesman... And later visited the Franklin Institute that recognizes Franklin's scientific curiosity. We saw how coins are minted as we toured the Philadelphia Mint. Finally the day closed with dinner at Joy Tsin Lau restaurant in China Town.
