Maria Farhat Tanzola Vice President, PNC Advisors Maria Farhat Tanzola is vice president and senior client advisor at PNC Advisors in Millburn. She started her banking career in 1981 working as a teller in high school. After attending Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pa. with a major in Finance and Business Administration, Maria pursued the banking career she dreamed of as a child. Over the years, she developed experience in serving New Jersey markets and her expertise led to her current position as the youngest vice president at PNC. She is knowledgeable in a wide range of wealth management services, including financial and estate planning, investment management, trust and banking. For Maria, it is rewarding to build relationships and to help her clients achieve their financial goals. Maria's achievement goes well beyond the workplace. She is a Registered Representative with the NASD and has attended the Cannon Financial Institute. She is currently a member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, Executive Women of New Jersey and past president of Bernardsville Business & Professional Women. Maria has also served and chaired numerous committees for NJBPW at the state level. Maria is a banker with heart. Since 1993, she has tirelessly served on the Board of Directors as Vice President, Fund Development Chair and currently as member at large here at Girl Scouts of Rolling Hills Council. Using her talent and professional experience, she has been instrumental in securing important sources of funding that allow our programs to grow and impact the lives of more than 9,200 girls. Maria has first-hand knowledge of the importance and value of Girl Scouting because she was a Rolling Hills Girl Scout for 12 years and is a lifetime adult member. Maria also finds time to serve on the Board of Directors with the Montclair Lions Club and with Family Connections, Inc. in Essex County. She also volunteers with the United Way and is involved in various Chambers of Commerce throughout New Jersey. When Maria finds time for rest and relaxation, she loves boating and traveling. Her favorite vacation spot is the Cayman Islands. |
