To get in your best shape, nutrition must be a top priority. It is true that you won’t achieve amazing results without a solid diet plan. This is something you must accept. But don’t be discouraged. It can be fun to eat healthy. It may not be easy to avoid junk food. However, there is a famous quote that meal prep services near me will help you. Nothing good is ever easy. Let me try to help you a little.
These are the dishes I enjoy to include in a healthy diet.
1. My Morning Smoothie
Every morning I try to make a smoothie. This smoothie usually contains a banana with rolled-oats, peanut butter, blueberries and a scoop or protein powder. I just throw everything into my Magic Bullet and I’m ready for a delicious, nutritious meal in no time.
2. Raw Nuts
You don’t need to eat this as a meal. However, healthy snacks can be incorporated into your daily diet to maintain a high metabolism and curb your cravings. When you buy nuts in any form, ensure they are freshest. The same goes for honey roasted, chocolate coated nuts. You might try some raw almonds, or pecans.
3. Chicken Salad
I always make sure to have some salads on hand for lunches and snacks at work every day. I use lettuce or spinach. Then, I add chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes and half an olive oil. I will use an oil-based sauce as well. To be honest, I tend to only use extra virgin Olive Oil. The veggies and chicken provide the most flavor.
4. Stir Fry
This is a place I go to every time. It’s flavorful, though I’m not quite sure why. I take a small piece of chicken breast or lean meat and cut it into small pieces. After I have cooked the chicken, I will add some brown rice, broccoli and any other vegetable I have in my fridge. After everything is done, I’ll add some salt and vinegar to taste. This stuff is my favorite!
5. Chicken Fajitas
The wrap is the only thing not great about this sandwich. It doesn’t really matter what type of wrap you are eating, the wrap will make you confused. This is not healthy so I make sure to only buy whole grain wraps. Take some chicken breasts and cut them into small pieces. Next, heat some extra virgin oil and then fry them in a pan. Serve it with salsa and chicken fajita mix. My absolute favorite meal
